In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 27 of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act, 2009 (VIII of 2009) read with Rule 25(5) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, the Authority is pleased to frame Standard Bidding Documents and notify under the regulations.
