The Punjab Government, in collaboration with the South Punjab Secretariat and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA Punjab), organized a one-day training session on the E-Procurement System for officers, employees, procuring agencies, and contractors across South Punjab.
More than 200 officers and stakeholders participated in the session, which focused on promoting transparency, efficiency, digital security, paperless procurement, and Ease of Doing Business.
The session was chaired by Managing Director PPRA Punjab, Sahibzada Wasima Umar, who emphasized the importance of adopting the modern E-Procurement System across government departments to ensure merit, transparency, efficient use of public resources, and reduced human intervention.
